About MunchMeter
MunchMeter is for people who care what they ate, not only where they ate. Rate a specific dish, find it again, and decide who can see that history.
What you can do
- Rate dishes
- Score a menu item, optionally write a review, and tag a food category. Restaurant pages collect those reviews, the menu, and a map.
- Keep lists
- Save favorites and a to-try list so a long restaurant name or a dish you meant to order is still findable later.
- Search and explore
- Look up dishes and restaurants, browse categories, or open the map of places that already have reviews.
Privacy is a choice, not a feed
Your handle is public — a generated muncher_… name or one you choose. Your real name, photo, bio, and reviews each have their own audience: anyone, signed-in members, friends, or only you.
Friends are people you invite by email and accept. They are a privacy stop, not an activity feed. MunchMeter does not recommend dishes for you or let you follow food critics.
After you sign in, profile includes a View As preview so you can check what each audience sees before you share a review.
Get started
Browsing restaurants, search, and ratings need a Google account. That is how MunchMeter keeps handles public while letting you gate the rest.
